Ubud Resort, a deluxe style resort and spa opening
late 2000 is located along the banks of Petanu River
and across from the charming historical Villages of
Bedulu and Pejeng. It is within walking distance of
the vibrant artist center of Ubud and a convenient 45
minutes drive from the International Airport.
Set in ten hectares of hillside garden, each guest room
and villa offers spectacular views over the river or
fertile rice terraces. The Villas have private gardens
separated by tropical plantings. A total of 48 superior
and deluxe rooms with balconies, 23 superior garden
villas, 34 deluxe pool villas and 3 beautiful suites.
All accommodation has en-suite bathroom, air conditioning,
television with video cable, mini bar, IDD phone, in
room safe, tea and coffee making facilities and hair
dryer. Each deluxe villa and suite has its own private

Awards-winning architect Budiman Hendropurnomo
of Denton Corker Marshall Group combines features of
weathered recycled timbers with modern natural materials
to creature unique interiors rich with character. Old
cart wheels have been fashioned into mirrors frames,
table top were formerly teak railway sleepers and traditional
fish traps and baskets are handcrafted into lamp shades.
Indonesian heritage is represented with an eclectic
collection of antiques in the open plan lobby, the restaurants
and suites. Modern Balinese style is reflected in the
architecture with the use of thatched roofs, blending
the building into the surrounding environment.
