If you have made up your mind to get rid of your limiting beliefs: Well-done!
But how do you find them?
Ok, you can understand one or two of them, but what about the others?
There are two ways I know of how you can recognize a Limiting Belief:
1) Make a statement concerning something you desire to have or be, e.g. "I am well-off". Then listen strongly to the "self-talk" in your mind. What "does your mind say" exactly after that statement?
Does it say: "You will not at all have ample money!" or "Making money is not easy!" or "You are just not excellent"?
Ok, you have just noticed few of your Limiting Beliefs!!
2) Make a statement about something you want to have or be. Then discern some uncomfortable sentiment in your body come up. For numerous humans this will be somewhere in your chest or stomach, but it might be anywhere in your body.
This unsatisfied sentiment coming up signifies that there is a discrepancy between your statement and what you really think about yourself. Now you might note Limiting Beliefs arise in your mind as in 1), but this is not really compulsory.
You now know that there is a Limiting Belief concerning your statement (your wish).
Once you know that there are limiting beliefs regarding a subject (a issue like money, achievement, relationships), you will probably desire to erase them.
Using processes like EmoTrance or EFT you could now remove those Limiting Beliefs without even identifying exactly what they are. Get going as soon as possible and improve your Life!
